How to tame Familiars
Get some biscuits
The very first step towards taming familiars in Ni No Kuni Cross Worlds is to get some Biscuits. You can get biscuits by just playing the game but the best way to get biscuits is to purchase them from the Basic Shop. The Biscuits may be found in the Adventure Item area of the Basic Shop, which can be accessed by clicking on the Shop symbol in the bottom-right corner of the in-game menu.
Different Familiars like different Biscuits, so make sure you have plenty and variety of all seven biscuits on hand before going on the search. It could take some trial and error to figure out which familiar prefer which treat.
Find Brighterfly
After getting your hands on biscuits, look for brighterfly in the game. The best place to find brighterfly is at Golden Grove, here you will find these creatures usually close to the fighting monster packs.
Now approach the brighterfly and then click on the hand icon that will appear towards the bottom-right corner of the screen. Wait for a little and when the Brighterflies develop into a Familiar, after that the hand icon will now be replaced with a heart icon.
Treat with Biscuit
Once the heart icon appears, click it to treat the Familiar with a biscuit. If the familiar accepts the biscuit then congratulations you have successfully tamed it. However, as we mentioned earlier different Familiars like different Biscuits, so it is possible that the familiar will not accept the biscuit on the first attempt.
You can simply click on the heart icon once again to treat familiar with a different biscuit. It could take some trial and error to figure out which biscuit this familiar prefers.
