Knights aren’t only found in the Medieval Dynasty but have also made there way into anime. Knighthood is an intriguing concept, and although some anime may follow it in its real meaning, others take the aspect of honor and power and run with it. Everyone admires a knight in sparkling armor, whether they wield a sword or enforce justice. However, not all knights are created equal. In no particular order, here is a list of all the best knights in anime that deserve appreciation for their loyalty and power.

Arthur Boyle – Fire Force
Starting with the knight who may not be a real knight but possess all the qualities of one. Not to mention, he completely believes he is one, and it is no other than Arthur Boyle from Fire Force. His wish made him take on the character of an ancient knight who would put an end to the world’s demonic scourge. Arthur employs a heat sword with his third-generation pyrokinetic skills and can take on a formidable opponent easily.
Suzaku Kururugi – Code Geass
You can’t miss Suzaka while mentioning knights, as he did leave an impact on the Code Geass audience. He is a character who started from the very bottom and made wrong decisions but climbed up and became one of the most gallant knights in the Code Geass universe. He’s a fearless fighter who is always honing his fighting abilities. Not only that, but he joined the army of the Britannia Empire after being swayed by their lies, and he committed crimes in the name of peace.
Skull Knight – Berserk
Skull Knight is the God Hand’s eternal and constant foe. As a result of the eclipse, he has dedicated his life to destroying the members of God Hand. Skull Knight is one of the anime’s most powerful male knights. He’s nearly a thousand years old, so he knows a lot about the world and is always willing to help others.
Erza Scarlet – Fairy Tail
Ezra is more of a fully dressed magician than a knight, although she fits the traditional profession nicely. She has the capacity to create the greatest armor for the fight. She’s a little stern, in a true knight fashion, and expects a lot of respect for her achievements as a warrior.
Zaratras – Seven Deadly Sins

Daryun is a man of sternness, courage, and inexplicable loyalty. He is devoted to King Andragoras and his son Arslan and is willing to sacrifice his life for either of them. Despite being a warrior first and foremost, he is incredibly bright and a strong battlefield tactician himself.
Clare – Claymore
Clare appears to be a cool and efficient demon slayer, or “Youma,” yet behind the surface, she is as human as the victims she saves every day. She is a Claymore, a human-monster hybrid created to confront the Yoma. She is the most powerful of the group. She’s defeated hundreds of Yoma and slain several Claymores, including Miria and Pricilla. Her efforts are quite evident as she begins as one of the lowest-ranking Claymores.
Saber – Fate/Stay Night
The Fate Series is filled with great characters, but Saber stands out. She is one of the most badass knights of all time and is quite loved. Saber fights rival servants and protects the mages under her command with the legendary sword Excalibur. Her quickness and instincts are as razor-sharp as her blade. In the series, she’s defeated some of the most feared antagonists and consistently demonstrated her skillfulness.
