In this event mission of Goat Simulator 3, you have to complete a mission in the center of the Downtown. The agenda of the mission is to capture three whistleblowers from the city. You have to get them, throw them behind the bars, and locked them in jail. The bad part is it will tricky for you to complete if you aren’t aware of their location or you don’t know how to get to them.
As the event begins, you will find yourself on the streets of Downtown and in front of the police station. You can see inside the station that there are three cells are empty. You can fill them with the whistleblowers you catch in this event. They can be recognized from the posters that are pasted on the wall of the police station on the left side of it.
Goldilocks
The very first person is quite close to the police station. You can see an ATM spot on the left side of those posters. Head over to them and you will see one of those whistleblowers will be standing there in a red dress. This is the Goldilocks that you are looking for. Grab it and reach into ht station. Throw it over there and lock the cell door. Great job at catching the first one.
Big Bad Wolf
Now, get outside of the police station for the second one. Head to the left side of the police station till you reach the center of a square. You will see a building known as Tell Us Plaza. This plaza will be on the entrance spot of San Angora. Head over there and walk up the stairs. There will be the Big Bad Wolf in a red dress. Again, drag and put her behind the cell doors.
Tinder Bell
The last one will be a bit time-consuming. You have to find her through the location on the map. She will one the top of the building that is close to the Food Court. Food Court is in the central part of the Downtown area. Head over to the building. You are free to ride on your own or hijack any vehicle you find on your way.
There will be a container. Jump on it to bounce to reach the top. She will be standing there beside the water tank. Grab her and drag her to the station. Throw her into the cell and complete the Whistleblowers challenge.
