    The year 2023 has brought quite a few gems into the lives of the gamer community and one of those gems is Dead Cells: Return to Castlevania. For once we also thought, a 2D game in 2023? For real? But right after having a look at the very positive response from the gaming community on Steam and the game itself, it all started to make sense. However, that’s the topic of discussion for some other day. Today what we will be digging into is how you can unlock all outfits in Dead Cells: Return to Castlevania.

    But wait, hold your horse, it’s not as easy as it sounds. You will obviously encounter quite a few bosses and will have to search in numerous locations. So be sure that you’re prepared well. Nevertheless, in this guide, we will be helping you with everything you need on how know to unlock every outfit or where exactly you will be able to find it. So without any further ado, let’s jump right into it.

    There are in total 20 outfits that you can unlock and try on in Dead Cells: Return to Castlevania. Here is the complete list of all 20 outfits and how you can unlock them:

    • Alucard Outfit: After first defeating Death, meet Alucard in the Master’s Keep from the Clock Room.
    • Cold Death Outfit: With one Boss Stem Cell functioning, defeat Death.
    • Death Outfit: For this one, you simply will have to defeat death
    • Doctor Dracula Outfit: Defeat Dracula in his final form while your two boss stem cells are active.
    • Dracula Outfit: Defeat Dracula in his final form
    • Edgy Death Outfit: Use three active Boss Stem Cells to defeat Death, once done death will then drop this outfit
    • Flawless Death Outfit: This one is relatively harder than others, you will have to defeat death without taking any damage in order to get your hands on this one.
    • Flawless Dracula Outfit: This one is also a bit harder as compared to all others, you will have to defeat Dracula in his final form without taking any damage at all in order to get your hands on this one.
    • Haunter Armor Outfit: The drop rate from Armor Knights is 1.7%.
    • Hector Outfit: The drop rate from Dire Werewolves is 1.7%.
    • Maria Outfit: After receiving the Ribboned Key from Byakko, speak with Maria Renard in the Castle Outskirts to unlock the space where she is kept.
    • Mathias Cronqvist Outfit: Defeat Dracula in his final form while your one boss stem cell is active.
    • Pompous Dracula Outfit: Deafeat Dracula in his final form while your three boss stem cells are active.
    • Red Death Outfit: Deafeat death while your two boss stem cells are active
    • Richter Outfit: While you’re running through Dracula’s Castle, free Richter. Run once again and locate the cage in which he was kept and interact with it. Throughout the last portion of the run, you will be able to control Richter. You can then unlock the costume.
    • Simon Outfit: Interact with the mask located in the Clock Tower region and a Lore Room in Dracula’s Castle after defeating Death.
    • Spectral Death Outfit: Defeat Death while your four boss stem cells are active.
    • Sypha Outfit: Found soon before the battle with Dracula in a lore room at the Master’s Keep. Make your way to the left of the candle that is furthest to the right in the hallway leading to Dracula in the Master’s Keep. From here use the invisible staircase to make your way into the lore room where the outfit is.
    • Trevor Outfit: Found soon before the battle with Dracula in a lore room at the Master’s Keep. Make your way to the left of the candle that is furthest to the right in the hallway leading to Dracula in the Master’s Keep. From here use the invisible staircase to make your way into the lore room where the outfit is.
    • Vigilante Dracula Outfit: Lastly, for this one, defeat Dracula in his final form while your four boss stem cells are active.
