    Top 10 Blasphemous 2 soundtracks

Last Updated on December 14, 2025 by “Talha”

If you’ve played Blasphemous 2, you already know this game is more than just brutal combat and haunting imagery—it’s an atmosphere. The world feels alive, cursed, and sacred all at once. And nothing nails that feeling more than the soundtrack. The music carries the weight of sorrow, reverence, and mystery that defines the game, making every step through its desolate world unforgettable.

    Blasphemous 2 Music

The genius behind this masterpiece is Carlos Viola, the composer who also worked on the first Blasphemous. Simply put, this man is a genius. His ability to capture despair, devotion, and beauty all at once is unmatched. Every track feels handcrafted to stir emotions that go beyond what’s happening on screen. Honestly, his work is exceptional, and I’d go as far as saying the soundtrack is one of the best in modern gaming.

This list is, of course, completely subjective—it’s just my personal top 10 picks. Truth is, I love every single track, and I listen to them daily while working or even during long commutes. Ranking them was insanely hard because they’re all special in their own way. But here goes my attempt. Feel free to disagree (and probably will), but that’s the fun part!

    10. Del Santo Nombre

Location: City of the Blessed Name

This one radiates solemnity, almost like a prayer sung through strings. It makes the environment feel reverent and heavy, as if you’re walking through a place that remembers its saints.

    9. Empedrado de los Suspiros

    Location: Grilles and Ruins Theme

The music has the sensation of whispers carried through narrow streets. It’s haunting and calm at the same time, which makes it oddly comforting despite its melancholy.

    8. Lamentos de Arena

    Location: Sacred Entombments

It carries the sound of desolation, like grief etched into stone. Listening to it makes the ruins feel endless and sorrowful.

    7. Semblante Cautivo

Location: Sor Cautiva del Silencio Boss Fight

This track stands out from the more solemn area themes by bursting with energy. The choir and strong rhythm make the fight feel urgent and intense, but there is still that clear Blasphemous sense of tragedy. The music is both epic and sorrowful, driving you forward while reminding you of the heavy cost of devotion.

    6. Rostros Austenses

Location: Basilica of the Absent Faces

This track gives the place an ancient feel, as if the walls are marked with forgotten faces. Its steady rhythm makes it seem like you’re walking through a temple filled with echoes.

    5. Palacio de los Setillos

    Location: Palace of Embroideries

This piece is grand and a bit intimidating, as if it belongs in a silent palace. The music makes you feel small, like you’re standing before something much greater than yourself.

    4. Alzada Sobre Los Hombro

    Location: Elevated Temples

This track feels like a slow procession. It is majestic, but also heavy. You can almost picture people carrying something sacred, moving forward one step at a time.

    3. Sobre Sus Costales

    Location: Aqueducts of the Costales

This part is deeply moving and feels like the heart of the pilgrimage. It carries both pain and hope, much like a devotion that asks for everything.

    2. Corona de Siete Azahares

    Location: Crown of Towers

It has this bittersweet tone that perfectly balances sorrow and light, like mourning in the middle of springtime. It’s one of the game’s most emotional tracks for me.

    1. Clavada

    Location: Severed Tower

Devastatingly powerful, with soaring melodies that feel like both lament and transcendence. Every time I hear it, I stop whatever I’m doing and just listen.

And that’s my list! As I said, every single track is brilliant, and Carlos Viola really outdid himself with this soundtrack. Whether you agree with my rankings or not, I think we can all agree on one thing: Blasphemous 2’s music is nothing short of divine.
