Where can I find the Ring of Oath in Elden Ring?

The Ring of Oath is actually the Dark Moon Ring. You need to progress through Ranni’s questline to obtain it. Follow the steps to acquire the Discarded Palace Key and use it to unlock the chest in the Raya Lucaria Grand Library.
