What steps are needed to retrieve the Ornament in The Stillsands?

In The Stillsands Ruin, you need to open the water valve to flood the area. Use the grappling hook and a floating crate to reach a higher floor. Find the key module and use it to unlock the door on the same level to collect the Ornament.
