What rewards do I get from solving the Converted Fringe Tower puzzle?

Solving the puzzle in the Converted Fringe Tower will reward you with two spells, the Gavel of Haima and the Cannon of Haima. These sorcery spells can come in handy during combat. Besides that, you will find some other valuable loot inside the tower as well.
