What is a Scenic Point?
A scenic point is a landmark specific to that particular area only. You will not find it anywhere else. Your motive in this mission is to visit them all in any area. You have to explore it, add it to your travel log, and in return, you receive many dark crystals and exploitation points. On the map, you can see these points as glowing golden points.
Allow me to brief you on how to record them. To record a scenic point in your travel log, you have to spot the location from the map. Head over there and interact with it. It will be a glowing eye symbol floating mid-air.

To get to this scenic point, you need to get to the residential area. Reach there and head to your right. Fly over to the mountains. There will be a scenic point on its top. Reach others to get the snap and add it to your travel log.
Scenic Point #4: Deepsoul Mesa
The last scenic point will be on the top of the mountains that are right in front of you.
