Users of the streaming app (Spotify) have been reporting errors and access issues as of 16th November 2021, Tuesday. The problem began sometime around 9:30 PST.
It is still not clear what has caused the servers to crash and how much time will it take for the issue to be fixed.
Users are experiencing Error 404. According to statistics, about 51% of the users are experiencing this issue.
Some subscribers have also reported their playlists being lost. People have uninstalled and reinstalled the app version hoping it would fix the problem but they are unable to log back in.
Users cannot stream music and access their profiles and playlists.
The issue has gone viral on Twitter and users of Spotify all over the world are hoping that the issue gets resolved as soon as possible.
