Sonic Frontiers players will face a variety of obstacles and riddles while racing across the various zones in-game. During the game, there are some puzzles that may be easy to complete but are really confusing if you don’t know what exactly needs to be done. M 005 Puzzle, from Sonic Frontiers, is like that as it’s easy to solve if you know what you need to do, and here is a solution on how to solve it. It will take only a few minutes, and you’ll be done before you know it.
Location of M 005 Puzzle
To get to the location where you can finish Challenge M-005, you must first pass through the Kronos Island area till you reach the Zone 1-2 entrance. The Zone 1-2 gateway, located in the southern portion of Kronos Island, is the shrine from which you can reach the game’s second Cyberspace level. After it, continue towards the west, crossing the bridge to the larger island in this location.
Continue west until you reach three platforms with the M-005 sign in the center (similar to a signboard you see by the road for reference).
If you see the river, turn back towards the south, as this is the sign that you’ve passed the area and missed it. You can also track the location from Challenge M-004 by going toward the west from that point.
Solution to the M 005 Puzzle
At the start of the challenge, select one structure at a time and use your standard dash attack. You must aim at each platform and hit the interact button to lift it.
Once you’ve got all three in the air, repeat the process, but this time Sonic will climb to the top of them. As each pillar is taller than the one before it, you must jump from the lowest to the highest pillar until you reach the top.
The top platform has a button that you must step on to activate, which causes the button to light up. This will direct you to a cutscene, unlocking a section of the map and revealing that you have been rewarded. This will mark the success of the challenge. The reward is an item required for upgrading Sonic’s attack and defense and is quite useful for both stats.
