Genshin Impact is an open-world action and adventure RPG developed by Mihoyo. The Chasm is the new region introduced in Version 2.6, bringing with it a great number of quests, puzzles, and chests. Releasing the safety on the cannon’s breach is part of the world quest “The Heavenly Stone’s Debris”. The cannon is to be used to destroy the sealing rocks and go deeper into the Chasm’s mines. Here we will guide you on how to release the safety on the cannon’s breach in Genshin Impact.
You’ll find the signaling guide which tells you the desired frequency of the lamp on a table during the quest. It will contain the following instructions
“Low lamp post, high-frequency flicker.”
“Middle lamp post, low-frequency flicker.”
“High lamp post, low-frequency flicker.”
There are two modes each lamp can be set to, high frequency and low frequency. High frequency is when the lamp stays on for a long duration of time. In low frequency, the lamp will pulse every few seconds.
You can “observe” the location of the lamp posts if it makes it easier for you to reach there.
First Lamppost:
Go to the first location and activate the lamp. Activating it will automatically change the frequency to low and the lamp’s light will pulse slowly.
Second Lamppost:
Similarly, go to the next location to the “middle” lamppost, which will be next to a viewpoint, and activate the lamp.
Third Lamppost:
Finally, the last lamp is at the end of the tunnel over some Oozing Concretions. You should cleanse it with your Lumenstone Adjuvant as a Whopperflower will pop up after you activate the lamp. For this lamp, you’ll have to activate it and change the frequency to high.
