Kokyu no Karasu Release Date, Plot, Trailer and more

    Based on the Japanese light novel series written by Kōko Shirakawa and illustrated by Ayuko Kokyu no Karasu is a historical-mystery anime. The series is produced by Bandai Namco Pictures and directed by Chizuru Miyawaki. Aniplex opened an official website for the anime and the main staff, characters, and the teaser trailer was released there. The anime has a very unique storyline and the trailer has already gotten tons of attention.     Release Date

    The anime adaptation was announced on December 14, 2021. It is scheduled to be released in October 2022. The exact date of airing is still not known.

    The story follows Jusetsu, a special consort who lives deep within the palace. She does not serve the emperor despite her position as the Raven Consort. Some people who have seen her say that she resembles an old woman while others say that she looks like a young girl. There are stories saying that she can take on any request even if it involves death curses. The current emperor Koushun goes to visit the Raven Consort to get help. What he does not realize is that their meeting will become a taboo that will overturn history.

    The art style of the anime is very beautiful and the story is super unique and immersive. From the looks of it, the first trailer gives us a whole insight into what awaits us.
