Make your way to the Table Of Lost Grace. If it is not unlocked yet for you, you need to explore more to unlock this place on the map and fast travel to it.
You can get to The Roundtable Hold by fighting Margit once. After you defeat him you can access the Roundtable Hold directly. If he defeats you, you will be respawned at the last Site of Grace you rested at. Melina will appear there and you can ask her to take you to the Table of Lost Grace.
When you travel to the Table Of Lost Grace you will arrive at the Roundtable Hold. Make your way to the left corridor. Keep moving straight until you reach the Twin Maiden Husks.
In the Purchase tab, buy the Finger Seal. You need this Sacred Chime to cast incantations.
