In order to get your hand on Vs Seeker make your way to Eterna City where you will have to defeat Team Galactic. After that, grab a bike from a store in Eterna City and then make your way to route 206. Keep on riding till you reach route 207 where you will encounter Professor Rowan’s assistant Dawn/Lucas. Here the assistant will play a game with you where he will ask you to choose one of his hands. Choose either of them and you will be gifted with Vs Seeker.
