Once you get all three Purified Night Shards, search for WALL-E. Then, ask WALL-E to finely crush them to powder. And mix it with Snowballs x15. If you don’t have any Snowballs in the inventory, then head to Frosted Heights. If you still lack the amount, dig on the ground for more.
