- Murderous Beauty
You will have to kill Twins in order to unlock this trophy/achievement
- Chop Chop Chop
Equip yourself with a melee weapon and kill Belyash in order to unlock this one
- Lord of War
Get your hands on all of the weapons in Atomic Heart
- Polymerization
Collect 100 jelly
- Beast Friend
This trophy/achievement will automatically unlock once you have found all talking dead animals
- The Necromancer
Talk to every dead
- More Than Profit
Get your hands on all Lootyagins

This trophy/achievement will automatically unlock once you find out the AoCʼs secret
- Artisan
Craft a weapon in a crafting machine in order to get your hands on this trophy/achievement
- Weapon Master
you will have to create weapons of five different types in order to unlock this trophy/achievement
- Chemist
Craft all types of consumables in order to unlock this one
- Apple Pie
This trophy/achievement will automatically unlock once you pick all apples in Limbo
- The Great Inventor
Pick any weapon and then upgrade it to the maximum level
- Lefthand Mastery
For this one, you will have to fully upgrade one skill tree
- How Can I Help You?
Make your way to Chelomey and then use a phone booth to unlock this trophy/achievement
- Explorer
Find a testing ground to get your hands on Explorer trophy/achievement as a result
- Scanner
You will have to scan all mobs in order to get your hands on this one
- Avatar
Kill burning enemies x10, Kill electrified enemies x10, Kill frozen enemies x10
- Hothead
Equip Makarov pistol and then make 25 aimed headshots with it to unlock this trophy/achievement
- Below Zero
Freeze a Vova mid-air
- Assimilation Procedure Interrupted
For this one, be sure that you do not let a sprout grow into a mutant
- Bullʼs Eye!
Throw an object and knock down an Owl using Telekinesis in order to get your hands o this trophy/achievement
- Alcoholics Anonymous
Kill five enemies while you are drunk with vodka
- Triple Penetration
To get your hand on this trophy/achievement, you will have to kill three or more enemies with a single Railgun shot
- Hands on the Hood
Hit 20 enemies with a car to get this tropgy/achievement as a result
