Bright Memory: Infinite is an action game released on Steam on 12th November. Since the game is fairly new some users have faced a crashing issue in the game. We have created a list of potential fixes for the game.
1. Check system requirements
MINIMUM:
Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
OS: Windows 10 64 bit(1903)

Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GTX960(4G)
DirectX: Version 11
Storage: 13 GB available space

Processor: INTEL i7-4790K / AMD FX-9590
Memory: 16 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GTX1060(6G)

Additional Notes: (Hight Ray Tracing): NVIDIA RTX 3080 / (Normal Ray Tracing): NVIDIA RTX 3060
2. Update Graphics Drivers
It is necessary to have updated graphics drivers to run all programs on your system smoothly. To automatically update drivers follow the following steps:
Start Menu > Quick Access Menu > Device Manager > Display adapters > Update driver > Search automatically for drivers.
3. Switch to Windowed Mode
Switch to windowed mode from fullscreen mode. To eliminate the crashing issue. You can do it by:
Steam > Library > Bright Memory: Infinite > Properties > General > Set Launch Options > -windowed –noborder
4. Close background applications
To close all background running tasks:
Ctrl + Shift + Esc > Task Manage > Processes > End Task
5. Run as administrator
Try running the game via administrator to resolve crashing.
Bright Memory: Infinite > Properties > Compatibility > Run this program as an administrator > Apply > OK
6. Prioritize in Task Manager
Start Menu > Task Manager > Processes > Right-click on the game task > Set Priority to High > Close
7. Disable Antivirus
Antivirus and windows security can delete or restrict some files from running causing the game to crash. To disable antivirus do:
Start Menu > Windows Defender Firewall > Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off > Turn off Windows Defender Firewall (not recommended)
To turn off windows security follow the following steps:
Windows + I > Windows Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Open Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Manage settings > turn off the Real-time protection
8. Clear game from Background Apps
Windows + I > Windows Settings > Privacy > Background apps > Bright Memory: Infinite > turn off the toggle
9. Update Bright Memory: Infinite
If you haven’t updated the game in a while then follow the steps to update it.
Steam > Library > Bright Memory: Infinite > Update
