Lost and Found is a trophy that you can claim in the Blacktail. This achievement has rewards in two versions. One is normal and the other is corrupted. The normal one is the reward you claim by completing the specific quest. The corrupted one is the reward to collect by fishing them at certain places. Spindle (Lost)
For this, you have to move to the right which is next to Spy in the Spring area. Head over to the location and get the fishing rod to the pond. Start fishing and get the reward.
Spindle (Found)
This is the reward for the Until It Sleeps quest. You have to reach the place marked as Hacko. The quest is about a questions session with Yaga. If you answer correctly, the quest is completed and you are rewarded.
Cobbler’s Foot (Lost)
For Cobber’s Foot, you have to reach the spot. There will be a windmill. Move behind it to a pond and finish the fishing to claim the reward.

You can collect the pickaxe from this spot by fishing. Enter the cave and reach eh bridge on the other side. Head towards its end. There will be a lake and you can fish in it for a reward.

This pickaxe can be claimed by defeating the frontline of enemies. In the Quarrel in the Quarry quest, you have to defeat them and claim the reward.

This Stone reward will be yours once you complete the Stone Wars quest successfully by talking to Yaga.
Ice Shard (Lost)
Enter the Autumn area and head in the north direction. there will be a lake and you can fish there.
Ice Shard (Found)
The Ice Shard will be yours if you complete the On the Shoulders of the Giants quest.
