Run a Clean Boot
You can run a clean boot to ensure that no third-party software is interfering with the gameās processes. It will also ensure that no extra resources are being used by the system. You can do that by:
- Press Windows Key + R
- Search msconfig
- Go to Services tab
- Click on Hide all Microsoft services box
- Click on Startup tab
- Open Task Manager
- Disable the unused tasks
- Restart the system
Turn off Steam Overlay to fix Elden black screen issue
