“Attack on Titan” is getting a first-person action mobile game – from Tencent

Earlier, it was reported that a new “Devil May Cry” action game was on its way to smartphones. Now, Tencent Games – who recently teased a PUBG mobile game – has announced an upcoming “Attack on Titan – Dedicate Your Heart” game for mobile phones.

The critically acclaimed anime series has already an official game for the major gaming platforms; PC, PS4, Xbox One, and two others – following a sequel, coming early 2018. This would be the first official mobile game of Attack on Titan. Reportedly, the game is in development, alongside the original series publisher, Kodansha Comics and will feature many of the anime’s voice actors.

Moving on to the gameplay, the game will let you play as a new member of the 104th Training Corps, fighting side by side with the main characters like Eren, Mikasa, and Armin. It will feature a first-person view and for the action, QTEs (Quick Time Events) would be utilized to make harm to the enemies – a combo of which, would result in more damage.

Importantly, the game will only be launched in southeast Asian regions. There are currently no words on the western release, as yet. In addition, the exact release date is unknown as well, up until now.
