Sacred Tears are incredibly important consumable items in Elden Ring, as they upgrade your Sacred Flasks to replenish more health and FP. Their locations are often well-hidden as they are fewer than Golden Tears. But you need not worry as we will walk you through all the crucial places for finding Sacred Tears.
Limgrave Sacred Tear Locations
You will find almost all of Limgrave’s Sacred Tears on the Weeping Peninsula. It is better to approach here with steady armor. Along with the Sacred Tears, you can also find Golden Seeds in Limgrave.
Third Church of Marika Sacred Tear
This location definitely deserves a visit as along with a Sacred Tear, you’ll find the Flask of Wondrous Physick here. You will come across the church, Northwest of Waypoint Ruins.
Church of Pilgrimage Sacred Tear
Of all the churches at Weeping Peninsula, this one is the easiest to get to. You will come across the Church of Pilgrimage as you take a right after crossing the Bridge of Sacrifice.
Fourth Church of Marika Sacred Tear
You will find this one as you move Southwest from the Church of Pilgrimage, past the walking Mausoleum. Make sure you grab the Winged Scythe at the Tombsward Ruins.
Callu Baptismal Church Sacred Tear
It is located at the top of a large hill, west of the Site of Grace.
Liurna Sacred Tear Locations
Liurna may have comparatively lesser locations but just as significant ones.
Church of Irith Sacred Tear
You will find yourself at this location soon after you arrive at Liurna. Grab the Sacred Tear and speak with the exiled acolyte.
Bellum Church Sacred Tear
You will find this one, northeast of the Academy of Raya Lucaria. You can get to the highway, either by finding the Glintstone Academy Key or you can enter the ravine to the north through the crumbling church.
Church of Inhibition Sacred Tear
As you move further north on the Bellum Highway, you will come across the Grand Lift of Dectus, and to the west of the lift is a hill leading up to a community in the grip of a Frenzy. Gallop past it and up to the hill. To the north, you will find the church.

You will find the Sacred Tears in the following locations.
Church of Plague Sacred Tear
The only church that holds a Sacred Tear in this region is pretty simple to get to. You can either unveil the mystery of the Town of Sellia or ride along the narrow ravine northeast of Caelem Ruins to jump across the gap into Dragon Barrow to get here.
Altus Plateau Sacred Tears
You will find two churches outside the capital city of Leyndell, both holding a Sacred Tear, but beware of the fearsome foes you might encounter.
Second Church of Marika Sacred Tear
It is located near the center of the Altus Plateau, north of the soldier camps along the main road. You may also encounter the last stand of Bloody Finger Hunter Yura and his arch-nemesis, Elenora, so tread carefully!
Stormcaller Church Sacred Tear
You will find this church as you circle around the two entrances to the Capital City on the plateau, you will soon encounter lightning storms and large sword graveyards.
